These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Sipon VoIP Services, accessible via https://sipon.eu.
By registering, accessing, or using Sipon services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to the person or entity registered on this platform. "Sipon", "We", "Our" and "Us" refers to Sipon VoIP Services.
Account Responsibility
The Client is fully responsible for all activity performed through their account, including but not limited to SIP registrations, API usage, call routing, call traffic, DID usage, and configuration settings.
Security and Unauthorized Use
The Client is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of all account credentials. Any unauthorized access, hacking, system breach, bot activity, fraud, misuse, or third-party access shall be deemed the full responsibility of the Client.
Fraud, Abuse and Negative Balance
Any charges, costs, losses, or negative balances resulting from account activity, including but not limited to fraudulent usage, hacking incidents, misconfiguration, or unauthorized access, shall be borne exclusively by the Client. Sipon shall not be held liable for any such charges or losses.
No Fraud Protection Guarantee
Sipon does not provide fraud prevention or fraud protection unless explicitly agreed in writing. The Client acknowledges that VoIP services are inherently exposed to fraud risks and accepts full responsibility.
Monitoring and Service Suspension
Sipon reserves the right to monitor traffic and suspend, restrict, or terminate services without prior notice in the event of suspicious, abnormal, or fraudulent activity.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sipon shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or costs arising from service misuse, security breaches, fraud incidents, configuration errors, or third-party actions.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing the registration process and using Sipon services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
